Pergola & Pavilion Installation Process

Scheduling your pergola or pavilion installation is a simple, streamlined process:

• Purchase your pergola or pavilion.
• You’ll receive a confirmation call within 48 hours of placing your order.
• A follow-up call will be made to schedule your installation at a time that works for you.
• Most installations are completed within 10-14 days from the date of purchase.
• The majority of shade structure installations take just one day to complete, although larger structures may require a second day.

To ensure a smooth and efficient pavilion or pergola installation process, there are a few key steps you can take to get your space ready ahead of time:

• Make sure the build site is within 6″ of level.
• Our team installs your structure on-site. If your yard has a fence, be sure there’s a 3′ gate and clear access.
• Provide at least 3′ of clearance around and above the installation area.
• If there’s no electrical power within 100′ of the site, a $75 generator rental fee will apply.

On your installation day, our team will make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish:

• You’ll receive a confirmation call the morning of your scheduled installation.
• Before any work begins, your installer will review the work order with you to confirm the details.

Once your pergola or pavilion is in place, we’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied before wrapping up:

• Your installer will walk you through the finished structure and answer any remaining questions.
• With everything set up, it’s time to relax and enjoy. Invite your friends over for a celebratory glass of wine!
