Ordering your Big Timber structure is simple. You can build your pergola or pavilion to your specifications in our configurator and place a deposit directly on our website. We will contact you immediately to confirm any remaining details of your order – and to walk you through the production and installation timeline. We may also set up a site visit with a local rep to verify any site requirements (pending availability). We also accept phone orders and encourage you to call our office any time with questions throughout the process.

Our typical turnaround time for unpermitted Big Timber projects is 2-3 weeks from the order date. The timeline for installed products can vary with the availability of our builder schedule. If a permit is required for your structure, lead-times could be longer and depend on the timeliness of your city/county building department.
 
Once all permitting and HOA requirements have been met, your order will be pushed into production. Upon completion of production, typically 1 week, your structure will be shipped to our  nearest Backyard Products facility. At this time our scheduling team will reach out to you to arrange the delivery and/or installation of your structure.  Most installations can be fully competed within 1-3 Days.
