I recently purchased The Huntington pavilion from Big Timber Structures, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I decided to buy, I didn't have to lift a finger except to write a check. They handled everything from top to bottom, including the installation, clean-up, and even fixing any minor damages that occurred during shipping. Impressively, they sent out the original contractor who built it to ensure everything was perfect. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made sure I was happy with the product every step of the way. The pavilion itself is stunning and has truly transformed our backyard. It beautifully ties together our new pool and fire pit, creating an inviting oasis where we can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The shade it provides next to our pool is perfect for staying cool on hot days. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Big Timber Structures to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.

Big Timber came and constructed our outdoor pavilion on sight and within a couple of hours, we had our amazing poolside bar area! It's been a year and the wood still looks amazing. This is the highlight of the backyard next to the pool!

We had a fantastic experience with Cody! Even though delivery to Charlotte, North Carolina wasn’t initially an option, Cody made it happen. When a few pieces of our pergola weren’t perfect, he arranged for replacements, which arrived within a week. The pergola looks gorgeous, with all parts in great condition and high quality. Excellent customer service and product!

From order to installation the entire experience was outstanding. Our patio is ready for summers by the pool or winter watching the game. Big Timber did a great job!

Cody was awesome. From the custom design, to engineering, to dealing with the City of Arlington permit rules, to installation, to following up, it all went as planned. I rarely give referrals but I would highly recommend them based on my experience. It wasn’t cheap but partly because we wanted a custom width, length, and height as well as prestained upper end cedar for the structure.

A welcome addition to our backyard! Assembly was straightforward, instructions were more or less clear and accurate. Some pieces were a little difficult to align. It took 3 of us 6 hours to complete, as advertised. The structure is solid, and has survived one cold and rainy winter so far. Overall we are happy with the piece!

Working with big timber was a dream right from the get-go. They helped us design the perfect pavilion. Spent plenty of time discussing exactly what we wanted and customizing it perfectly. When it was time for our pavilion to be put up, Parker came out and was amazing. The pavilion was up in no time and looked stunning!

Pre installation communication was excellent! The professional installer was punctual and a true expert in the meticulous process of building our pavilion to the highest standards. Great job by the sales, installation and followup departments. Enjoying it for more than a year now.

It looks great! We wanted to create another room in our backyard that we could use. So we had them put a new pergola in, and it worked beautifully! It was awesome.
